I hired Apex window works to repair two windows who seal hit broken and we’re fogged up. I never realize you could repair windows versus replace them. The time when The sales person visited to the final measurements and finally install installation. All workers were highly professional and very patient with my questions. I couldn’t be more pleased with the final product! I also had them replace all the hinges on my casement windows that allows them to swing out further and be cleaned on both sides. Who knew you could have clean windows on a third story? Highly recommend!!

We recently bought a new house in Mundelein and had some window issues. We had several estimates and were told the windows needed to be replace, which was very expensive. We called Tony from Apex windows. He came out the same day and gave us a very fair price to repair instead of replacing the windows. We scheduled with Apex and they sent a technician named Phillip who did an excellent and clean job. Tony stopped by to check on the progress which increased our confidence on the integrity of the company. We will certainly recommend Apex to all our friends and family.

I'm a little jaded by companies pressuring to provide a good review, but in this case, they deserve one. The whole process was amazingly seamless and fast. From the time I called to the completion of my replacement glass of a semi-circle window it was a total of 4 business days. They did a great job all the way! Highly recommend.

Mr. Smerdov Aleksan was my technician for a window replacement. He texted when he was on the way. Arrived on time and did a fantastic job at a fair price. Apex Windows was very customer friendly .

Apex did a great job with the repair to our windows. They completed the job in one day! My only complaint is that I’m finding caulk on my couch and rug. I think I can get it out, but I think they need be more careful with where they lay the caulk gun down when not in use.

Service is awesome! They came to give an estimate the next morning. Their pricing was fair, and installed the replacement thermal pane glass in my window frame the next morning! They were fast, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and respectful of my property. I highly recommend this company!

This is an unbelievable company and done unbelievable job for us. Thanks to Mark and Vlad, they are magicians. The installer did a fantastic job of replacing the glass in two of our windows. After arriving exactly when he said he would via a call prior to arrival, he was quiet and efficient as I was working from home. He left no sign that he had been here other than windows that now look like new!

Outstanding! They did an awesome job with our 2 bad windows and bad 4 glass doors. They came in, checked all of our windows/doors, recommended to change some, but not all, and provided a very reasonable estimate. Oher contractors we had before recommended to change EVERYTHING for thousands and thousands of dollars. Not to mention, the warranty on their work. Highly and absolutely recommended!

They replaced a window pane that had a broken seal in my huge bay window. The whole process took less than 20 min and the techs were very professional and thorough.
